By downloading or using Kyrox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

Kyrox provides astrology, daily fortune, and tarot experiences, including AI-generated text. Content is for entertainment only and is not professional advice.

2. Accounts & data

You are responsible for information you enter. You must not use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

3. Subscriptions (Kyrox Premium)

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (product IDs: kyrox_monthly, kyrox_yearly).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Prices are shown in the App Store at purchase time and may vary by region.
Where offered, a free trial on the yearly plan converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Apple subscription management.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

4. Free tier & ads

Free users may need to watch rewarded video ads to access certain features. Ads are served by Google AdMob. You may be asked for tracking permission on iOS to personalize ads.

5. Intellectual property

Kyrox branding, design, and app content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

6. AI content

AI-generated readings may be inaccurate or incomplete. You use them at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue features. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
